We are excited to bring you the third cycle of our special FitPass series for 2023. Starting May 8 and over the next 8 weeks, we want you to use these classes to focus on the importance of being mindful as you workout. Both mentally and physically. Its all about finding efficiency in your workouts. Focus on your form and identify specific goals you have so that you work smarter and cross your finish line!

Lower Body Burn!

We're talking all things lower body! Every Tuesday and Thursday we're bringing the perfect combination of abs & booty. Think of all of the little muscles burnin', you'll want to spring right into this!

On the first Monday of the month, join Ryn for a rotation of yoga sequences: Vinyasa, Restorative, Slow Flow, Sequence.

Spring to Strength

Spring into your new favorite routine! Monday through Friday you'll focus on strength training specific areas and always followed by mobility or a stretch. Adding mobility training will give you the opportunity to move freely through your daily activities without pain or strain... in other words, GAINS!!
