Does using the equipment void my return?

No. You're encouraged to use it fully — that's the whole point. As long as the equipment is returned in good working condition with all original parts, you're covered.
Do I need to ship it back myself?

No. We schedule a freight pickup directly from your home. You don't need to disassemble anything, box anything up, or arrange your own carrier.
When does the 60-day window start?

Your trial starts on your confirmed delivery date, not your order date. You'll receive email confirmation when your equipment is delivered.
What if my equipment arrives damaged?

Delivery damage is handled separately from returns and is fully covered. Contact Echelon Support within 48 hours with photos. Warranty claims don't count against your 60-day trial.
Does this apply to purchases from other retailers?

This policy applies only to direct purchases at echelonfit.com or echelonfit.ca. Third-party retailer purchases are subject to that retailer's return policy.
