Echelon Fitness Relaunches “Sunday Soul” Series, A Timely Faith-Based Ride Amid National Reflections on Hope and Healing

Chattanooga, TN — September 22, 2025 — Echelon Fitness Multimedia, a leader in connected fitness, is excited to announce the return of faith-based programming with the launch of Sunday Soul, a new weekly ride series designed to inspire, energize, and prepare members for the week ahead.
Christian-based classes were first introduced at Echelon prior to the COVID-19 pandemic, quickly becoming a favorite for members seeking a fitness experience that combined physical training with spiritual encouragement. However, the program was paused during the pandemic due to restrictions that prevented instructors and ministers from leading together on stage.
Now, after months of planning, Echelon is proud to relaunch this unique offering with Sunday Soul, debuting Sunday, September 28, 2025. The series will be led by Echelon’s newest instructors, Maribel and Adriel, who bring fresh energy, uplifting motivation, and a passion for helping riders connect mind, body, and spirit.
Sunday Soul blends rhythm-based cycling, contemporary Christian music, and motivational coaching to create an experience that is as empowering spiritually as it is physically. The series will be available Live and On Demand through the Echelon Fit app, accessible to members worldwide.
Fitness First, Spiritually Framed
At Echelon, our classes focus on your fitness. While many of our classes pair physical training with themes of wellness, sleep, nutrition, and longevity, Sunday Soul takes a different approach — grounding the workout in Christian themes of gratitude, perseverance, and grace. Each ride is designed to challenge the body while inspiring reflection and encouragement, helping members not only move stronger but live with greater purpose.
First Four Sunday Soul Classes:
-
Made for This — Empowering members to step into their calling and recognize their strengths.
-
Ride with Gratitude — A joyful ride grounded in gratitude and celebration.
-
Ride the Ride — Inspired by Hebrews 12:1: “Let us run with perseverance the race marked out for us.”
-
Grit and Grace — Lessons in remaining strong through grit while also showing yourself grace.
A Timely Relaunch
Echelon has been planning the return of faith-based programming for some time, and the relaunch of Sunday Soul comes at a particularly meaningful moment. In the wake of the tragic death of Charlie Kirk, the public demonstration of forgiveness and faith by his family has reminded many of the importance of community, resilience, and spiritual grounding. The timing of Sunday Soul offers members a way to channel that same spirit—through movement, music, and faith—into their own lives each week.
“Our classes are always built around fitness, but Sunday Soul brings in Christian themes of gratitude, perseverance, and grace,” said Lou Lentine, CEO of Echelon Fitness. “It’s a ride that fuels the body while uplifting the spirit.”
Launch Date: Sunday, September 28, 2025
