The FitPass Seasonal Series offers a variety of 8-week programs designed to motivate you and bring consistency to your workouts week to week. Every 8 weeks we will refresh each series, so your fitness journey is always filled with fresh content and new challenges!


Boxing Circuit 

This three-part circuit is designed for boxers of all levels! You’ll get a little boxing, a little strength, and a quick stretch — all inspired by boxing! Take all three 10-minute classes back to back for the most benefits.
