New 2023 Reflect Series

We are excited to bring you the first cycle of our special Reflect series for 2023. Over the next 8 weeks we want you to use these classes to focus on the importance of being mindful as you workout. Both mentally and physically. Its all about finding efficiency in your workouts. Focus on your form and identify specific goals you have so that you work smarter and cross your finish line!


In addition to the series we’ve listed below, you’ll also see regular pilates classes, yoga, stretching, and more on the app weekly!

Home Base

Focus on balance and stabilization. For 8 weeks, you'll focus on mind to muscle connection. Exercises will be performed slowly to emphasize posture, form, balance and coming back to your home base


Monday, 6:15 AM ET - Strength 20 - Upper Body and Core | Dani 

Wednesday, 6:15 AM ET - Yoga 20 - Athletic | Sam 

Wednesday, 7:15 AM ET - Strength 20 - Lower Body and Core | Sam

Medball Mobility 

This class combines strength training and mobility all just using a med ball. You'll be amazed at how you feel when you take the time to strengthen your joints and movement patterns.

Fired Up!

You will LOVE getting Fired Up on Monday and Friday! These high-intensity cardio-focused workouts will get you Fiya'd up in just 10 minutes.

Energize

Energize yourself with a daily dose of strength and recovery! Each day will focus on a specific part of the body so make sure to block off your calendars so you can take this class every Tuesday and Thursday.

Core Crusher

Get ready to get hardcore abs with Reed! Take this as a challenge. One day a week for 8 weeks. Feel those abs getting stronger each week!

The Daily Dumbbell 

If you only have dumbbells around and you need your daily dose of strength training, look no further than the daily dumbbell! Each day is a combination of strength training followed by your daily dose of HIIT. Get ready to get sweaty... daily!
