New 2023 Reflect Series
We are excited to bring you the first cycle of our special Reflect series for 2023. Over the next 8 weeks we want you to use these classes to focus on the importance of being mindful as you workout. Both mentally and physically. Its all about finding efficiency in your workouts. Focus on your form and identify specific goals you have so that you work smarter and cross your finish line!
In addition to the series we’ve listed below, you’ll also see regular pilates classes, yoga, stretching, and more on the app weekly!

Home Base
Focus on balance and stabilization. For 8 weeks, you'll focus on mind to muscle connection. Exercises will be performed slowly to emphasize posture, form, balance and coming back to your home base

Medball Mobility
This class combines strength training and mobility all just using a med ball. You'll be amazed at how you feel when you take the time to strengthen your joints and movement patterns.
