The Reflect Seasonal Series offers a variety of 8-week programs designed to motivate you and bring consistency to your workouts week to week. Every 8 weeks we will refresh each series, so your fitness journey is always filled with fresh content and new challenges!


The Edge 

Build strength and power through this total body strength and HIIT class designed to give you The Edge over the competition.

Strength for Rowers

This program is designed to help rowers gain strength in order to improve their rowing stroke. You work your core, strengthen hip flexors, legs, back and more!

Strength for Runners

Band Camp

All the intensity and all the burn using just a band! These classes are perfect for on the go when you dont have a lot of equipment. Each class focuses on different styles of training to hit different parts of your body.

Barre Burn

Drawing from pilates, yoga, strength training, and dance, you will combine micro-movements and repetition with a rotating body part focus. Barre HIIT classes will combine HIIT movements with the precision of classic barre. Get ready to feel the burn throughout this 8-week program!
