Starting from January 15, our new 12-week series will offer a selection of energizing workout classes designed to help you build confidence while improving your fitness. Our innovative program includes fresh classes, including later times for our West Coast riders, as well as your favorite returning ones.

Every Monday to Friday at 10 am, join our dynamic 30-minute fitness class, seamlessly combining 20 minutes of vigorous Total Body or Core Strength training with an empowering 10-minute session of High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) or soothing stretches. This daily routine ensures you leave feeling stronger and more energized, setting the tone for a healthier lifestyle.
