With a flexible and beautiful design that fits virtually any room size, no professional installation required or hanging on a wall needed; this machine folds up when not in use as a full-length mirror. Experience premium resistance, delivering 5-110lb/2-50kg per arm. The straight bar's interior bushings enable smooth motion for floor-based and static upper-body exercises, while the outer rings support dynamic movements like SUP, kayaking, and chops.

Choose from a large library of over 150 movements to build your own custom workout or choose from prebuilt exercises with various resistance modes: normal, concentric, eccentric, elastic band, and isokinetic. Create burnout sets with pyramid lifts, adding or subtracting weights after each rep. Need a break from strength? Workout with cardio and HIIT classes, plus stretching, yoga and meditation.
