Every new year brings with it the ambition to improve yourself by becoming healthier and more fit. 2022 is a great year to commit to a healthy lifestyle and start checking off those fitness goals – but how do you get started without being overwhelmed?
When we focus too much on the perfect plan or if we try to do too much too soon, we often fall off the wagon fairly quickly. To help address this potential problem, our instructors put together challenges to help you accomplish an achievable goal within 10 days.
Focusing too much on perfecting your plan or overloading your plate with too many obligations often leads to abandoning the goal altogether. Our instructors created a more mindful way to tackle your fitness resolutions; all of these challenges can be accomplished in 10 days and are designed to build so you don’t do too much too soon.
The 10-Day Boost challenge is available for Connect Bikes, Echelon Stride, and Row, as well as off-equipment FitPass classes. So, no matter how you like to work out, there is an option for you! While they were created to be 10-day challenges, each of the on-demand classes can be repeated as many times as you want.

Balance your new workout routine with yoga, HIIT, and core strength classes. Learn the basics of yoga, and build up to longer, more intense workouts.
