Meet the Instructors

Each Guided Scenic Class is led by one of our skilled instructors, who guide you through the workout while keeping you motivated with their energy and expertise. Here are some insights from our instructor team on what makes these scenic locations so special and how you can make the most of your workout.

Crystal Cove Reef Point was my favorite location we filmed at. I coached a Walk & Run class on the beach. Yes, ON the beach. It was incredible! This Stride class offers the perfect blend of inspiration and challenge, all while surrounded by the natural beauty of the ocean. The stunning scenery, combined with the invigorating energy of the fresh breeze, crashing waves, and warm sunshine, made this class truly unforgettable. - Nicole

Our members and instructors alike are accustomed to taking classes indoors in our comfortable environment. The scenic classes give us a chance to get the work done with a new perspective and a more exciting and beautiful backdrop. In combination with a new structure and style of training, the classes will definitely be a fresh experience, not only visually, but also when it comes to programming. - Marc

I encourage you to be present in this very moment, breathing in the scenery as you expand your vision and fuel up with energy. Get inspired by the beauty of nature, a testimony of perfection. When you soak up the scenery and breath in fresh energy, remind yourself that you too are part of this nature. - Nikita

Each venue has such a rich history and present stories that are shared by way of fitness on the platform. The uniqueness that each site has is in of itself great, but also share the same space in running into the next spot location as well.  As vast as Orange County is, it still felt close to the different locations we instructed from. Enjoy the experience, imagine the air on your skin during a run, the sun shining during a ride and seeing the beautiful visuals on each of these scenic epic classes! - Michael

Tips for Making the Most of Your Guided Scenic Classes

  1. Choose Your Perfect Space: Set up your workout area so you can immerse yourself fully in the scenic experience. If possible, face a window for natural light or add elements that enhance the atmosphere.
  2. Use Headphones: Get the most out of your instructor’s guidance by listening closely, allowing you to stay focused and connected to the journey.
  3. Focus on Form and Breathing: Each location may bring different challenges. Listen to your body, and focus on keeping a steady pace that matches the terrain.
  4. Stay Hydrated: Even indoors, staying hydrated is essential, especially during high-intensity sessions.
