Introducing Combined Cycle + Yoga Series
In honor of Mental Health Awareness Month, we’d like to invite you to participate in Echelon’s Mindfulness May and our new three-week series, Cycle + Yoga. Each week, the live 45-minute class will start with a 20-minute low-impact cycle and end with a 25-minute beginner yoga class.
By combining cardio bursts on the bike with the mind-body connection of yoga, riders will be able to connect to their breath and work on mindful body movements. During the yoga portion of the class, riders can expect to learn the fundamentals of yoga making this series a great place to start for those looking to expand their workouts beyond the bike.
