Q: Who is your favorite instructor?
A: Jama and Dani
Q: How did you get started with Echelon?
A: During COVID, I decided there was no excuse of “not having time” when we weren’t going anywhere. So I bought the bike!
Q: What is your favorite part about the Echelon Community?
A: I love the interaction between the instructors and other members.
Q: How has Echelon impacted your life?
A: I’ve gone through periods of consistent riding and not riding over the 3 years I’ve had the bike. But even after long periods of not riding, rowing, or fitpass, it always felt like I could jump right back into it and easily remember why I loved it so much. Talking with the instructors and having them check on you also motivates you to get back at it and stick with it!
Q: What keeps you motivated?
A: The instructors, the connections, and the variety of work out options.
Q: What tips do you want to share with other members to achieve their fitness goals?
A: Just do it.. do it one day at a time and keep with it.
Q: What makes Echelon different than our competitors?
A: The community is unlike anything else!
