“Dig in, dig deep, do me proud!”

Running has been part of Jessica Brady's life for a long time, but her experience extends far beyond the treadmill.

Jessica grew up competing in track and field before finding the gym at 16, CrossFit at 19, and eventually HYROX. Today, she's a HYROX Pro Athlete and Head HYROX Coach who has competed around the world, including a Top 40 finish at the 2026 HYROX World Championships.

Her approach to fitness is backed by an equally impressive academic background. Jessica holds a BSc in Psychology and an MSc in Sport & Exercise Psychology and is a Chartered BPS Psychologist, alongside Level 2 and 3 Personal Training and HYROX certifications.

That combination of performance, psychology, and coaching is something she'll bring to every Echelon Stride class.

“I love running and teaching,” Jessica says. “I love sharing my energy with others, which comes out so much when I teach Stride.”

What to Expect in Jessica's Classes

Three words: fun, passionate, high-energy.

Jessica wants members to work hard, but she doesn't believe fitness needs to feel intimidating or overly serious. In fact, she describes herself as “a little bit weird (in a good way),” and that personality comes through in her coaching.

For anyone just beginning their fitness journey, her advice is equally approachable:

“There is no pressure at all. Ease yourself in and then build up. Most importantly, enjoy it.”

And if you hear some country music during class? You can probably guess who picked the playlist.

Beyond the Treadmill

When Jessica isn't coaching or competing, you'll likely find her reading, enjoying something sweet like brownies, cookies, cake and croissants all make the list. Or spending time with her four-year-old Olde English Bulldog, Winston, whom she calls her best friend.

She also credits her dad as one of her biggest inspirations, particularly for his work ethic and strong mindset.

Now, she's ready to bring that same mindset to Echelon.

“You've got this. You can do hard things. Be an example of what's possible.”

For Samantha Ushedo, indoor cycling started with an unexpected change of plans.

After nearly 20 years of competitive soccer, a knee injury forced her to find a new way to move. She walked into an indoor cycling class and immediately found something familiar.

“There is something so powerful about the energy of a whole room moving together to music,” Samantha says.

Nearly a decade later, that feeling still drives the way she coaches.

Originally from Canada and now based in Dubai, Samantha is a multi-modality group fitness instructor, personal trainer, and life coach with experience across cycling, HIIT, HYROX, Lagree, and Sculpt. She holds certifications in personal training, SPIN Power, the Lagree Method, life coaching, health mindset coaching, and nutrition. She also holds a BScH in Biochemistry and a Master's in the Management of Innovation.

What to Expect in Samantha's Classes

Samantha describes her coaching style as energetic, challenging, and fun.

Her classes are carefully programmed, but the experience is about more than finishing a workout. She wants members to leave feeling more capable than when they started.

“I'll ask for more than you think you've got, but I'll also always meet you where you're at.”

That philosophy has personal meaning for Samantha. While training for her second HYROX race, she began experiencing significant knee problems and learned that she had no cartilage left in either knee. After a period where she wasn't sure she'd be able to exercise again, she focused on rehabilitation, strength training, and correcting imbalances.

Today, she's back doing what she loves—and considers that comeback one of her proudest fitness achievements.

It's also why you'll hear her remind members that “You can do hard things.”

Why Echelon?

For Samantha, joining Echelon is an opportunity to take the energy she loves about group fitness beyond the walls of a studio.

“Not everyone can get to a studio, and not everyone has the time,” she says. “Echelon removes those barriers.”

Whether someone is squeezing in a ride at 6 AM before the day begins or taking some much-needed time for themselves after work, Samantha wants members to experience the connection of training together with zero commute required.

Outside of class, expect plenty of coffee, long walks, audiobooks and podcasts, and the occasional non-negotiable cookie. And when it comes to her playlists, Afrobeats is currently at the top of the list.
