Q&A with Sarah
Q: Who is your favorite instructor?
A: Dani Dellarco
Q: How did you get started with Echelon?
A: I had a newborn and two elementary aged students when COVID hit and I am a social person. Suddenly I found myself going long periods of time at home, inactive, and needing lacking social interaction which was bad for my mental health.
Q: What is your favorite part about the Echelon Community?
A: I have met the most amazing people both online and in person. The fitness community isn’t always the most accepting or encouraging place and echelon changed that.
Q: How has Echelon impacted your life?
A: Across my young life I was always an athlete. I assumed at 37 that phase of my life had ended until I started training with dani. Not only did I lose 75 COVID and maternity pounds, but I could feel a part of my athlete mentality coming back. I was pushing myself, setting goals, and enjoying the challenge of working out in a way that I hadn’t in a very long time.
Q: What keeps you motivated?
A: The coaches are first. They know me, I feel as though they are as invested in my success as I am, and they challenge me. Then likely my eche-crew and habits and routine.
Q: What tips do you want to share with other members to achieve their fitness goals?
A: One day, one ride at a time.
Q: What makes Echelon different than our competitors?
A: I feel like a valued person in the eyes of my trainers and the community as a whole.
