Summer schedules can be unpredictable. Between vacations, long weekends, changing routines, and time spent outdoors, it's often the season when consistency becomes the biggest challenge.
That's why our Summer 2026 lineup was built with flexibility, progression, and variety in mind.
Starting July 6, you'll find nine unique programs inside the Echelon Fit App designed to help you stay committed to your goals all season long. Whether you're looking to build strength, improve endurance, master a new skill, recover more intentionally, or simply maintain momentum while traveling, there's a program built for you.
Here's everything coming to the Echelon Fit App this summer.
New FitPass Programs:
Lift Heavy with Marc and Eden
If you've been wanting to get stronger (not just work harder), Lift Heavy was built for you.
This 12-week progressive strength program focuses on one simple principle: lifting heavier over time. Led by Marc and Eden, members will spend the quarter building confidence with foundational compound lifts while learning how to challenge themselves with intentional loading and lower rep ranges.
Rather than chasing exhaustion, Lift Heavy prioritizes quality movement, proper technique, and measurable strength gains. Marc's upper-body sessions focus on pressing, pulling, and shoulder strength, while Eden's total-body classes incorporate major compound movements that develop strength from head to toe.
Expect:
• Lower rep ranges and heavier weights
• Compound lifts and foundational strength patterns
• Progressive loading throughout the quarter
• Improved lifting confidence and technique
• Sustainable strength gains without excessive fatigue
Strength isn't built in a single workout. Lift Heavy gives you the structure, progression, and confidence to make measurable gains all quarter long.

Inferno 45 with Jaime and Joey
Back by popular demand, Inferno 45 returns for another quarter of high-performance strength training. This program is built for experienced members who want to challenge themselves, lift heavier, and take their training to the next level.
Inferno 45 delivers two opportunities each week to train with purpose. Join Jaime for a morning session, Joey for an evening workout, or take on both for the ultimate challenge. Each class combines strength-focused training with athletic conditioning, using structured progressions to help members build muscle, increase endurance, and improve overall performance.
Expect:
• Progressive overload
• Heavy, technical lifts
• Athletic conditioning
• Muscular endurance
• Power development
Built for those who are ready to push beyond their comfort zone, Inferno 45 rewards consistency with measurable improvements in strength, performance, and confidence.

Band Camp is a 12-week total-body strength program that proves you don't need a full gym to get an effective workout. Using only resistance bands, Jama will guide you through workouts that target the upper body, lower body, and core while helping you build strength, stability, and muscular endurance.
Whether you're working out from a hotel room, beach house, guest room, or your living room, Band Camp makes it easy to stay consistent no matter where summer takes you.
Expect:
• Total-body resistance band workouts
• Lower-body, upper-body, and core training

Strength in Motion Pilates with Maribel
Ready to take your Pilates practice to the next level?
Strength in Motion is a 12-week progression designed to help Beginner members confidently transition into Intermediate Pilates. Throughout the program, Maribel introduces new layers of challenge through longer working sets, increased time under tension, prop integration, and more complex movement patterns.
The result is a program that develops strength, control, coordination, and endurance while maintaining the precision and intentionality Pilates is known for.
Expect:
• Progressive core strengthening
• Longer working intervals
• Pilates ring, mini band, and small ball integration
• Fluid transitions and endurance-building sequences
• Increased coordination and body awareness
By the end of the quarter, you'll move with more confidence, control, and strength both on and off the mat.

Barre Burn with Jama and Ryn
Looking for a workout that challenges your muscles without high-impact movements? Barre Burn combines the best of barre, strength training, and functional mobility into a program designed to build endurance, flexibility, and total-body control.
Throughout the quarter, Jama and Ryn guide members through a progression that starts with foundational movement patterns before gradually increasing intensity, resistance, and complexity. Small, controlled movements create a surprising challenge, helping develop strength and muscular endurance while improving posture, balance, and mobility.
Each week rotates between upper-body, lower-body, and total-body focuses, ensuring a well-rounded approach to movement and strength.
Expect:
• Ballet-inspired strength training
• Improved balance, posture, and coordination
• Muscular endurance and low-impact conditioning
• Functional mobility and flexibility work
• Progressive challenges that build week after week
Expect to leave each class feeling stronger, more balanced, and more connected to the way your body moves.

Swing & Shred - Kettlebell with Marc
Ever wanted to learn how to use a kettlebell but weren't sure where to start?
Swing & Shred is a progressive kettlebell training program designed to take members from the fundamentals of kettlebell movement to more advanced flows and combinations. Over the course of 12 weeks, Marc breaks down key skills step by step, helping members build confidence, coordination, strength, and endurance along the way.
The first phase focuses on mastering foundational movements like carries, squats, presses, rows, and swings. Once those fundamentals are established, members begin exploring more advanced techniques, flowing movements together while continuing to build strength and control.
Expect:
• Step-by-step kettlebell instruction
• Strength, stability, and coordination development
• Grip and core strength improvements
• Foundational movement mastery
• Progressive kettlebell flows and skill development
By the end of the program, you'll have a solid understanding of kettlebell training and the confidence to continue building on those skills long after the quarter ends.

Flow and Restore - Yoga with Ryn
Recovery deserves a place in your training plan too.
Flow & Restore is a 12-week restorative yoga program designed to help members move better, feel better, and address some of the most common aches and mobility limitations that can develop from everyday life and exercise.
Each week focuses on a specific area of the body or common concern, from tight hamstrings and lower back discomfort to shoulder tension, hip mobility, sleep quality, and nervous system regulation. Through restorative movement, breathwork, and mindful mobility, Ryn helps create space for recovery while improving overall movement quality.
Expect:
• Restorative yoga and mobility work
• Targeted recovery for common aches and pains
• Improved flexibility and range of motion
• Breathwork and relaxation techniques
• Stress relief and nervous system support
Think of this as your weekly opportunity to slow down, recover intentionally, and give your body the attention it deserves.

Connect: HRZ Summer Camp: Summer Reset with Jama
Summer can be busy, but that doesn't mean your fitness routine has to disappear. HRZ Summer Camp: Summer Reset is a six-week heart rate zone training series designed to help you stay consistent while prioritizing recovery and sustainable movement.
Using low-intensity efforts primarily in Zones 1 through 3, these rides focus on building an aerobic foundation, improving cardiovascular efficiency, and supporting recovery without adding unnecessary fatigue. As the weeks progress, you'll gradually spend more time working in these zones while maintaining a manageable effort level.
What to Expect:
• Zone 1–3 heart rate training
• Active recovery rides
• Aerobic endurance development
• Progressive increases in ride duration
• Improved cardiovascular efficiency
• Sustainable, low-impact training
Sometimes the most productive workout is the one that helps you recover for the next one, and Summer Reset is built with exactly that purpose in mind.

Row: Row Heart Rate Zone (Zone 2) with Jama
Sometimes the key to getting faster and stronger is slowing down.
Row Heart Rate Zone is a six-week endurance-focused rowing program built around Zone 2 training, a proven method used by endurance athletes to develop aerobic capacity, improve efficiency, and build long-term fitness.
Rather than chasing all-out efforts, these classes emphasize steady, sustainable rowing at lower intensities. Over time, this approach helps strengthen your aerobic foundation, improve recovery, and increase your ability to perform during higher-intensity workouts.
Each 20-minute class can be taken on its own or stacked with additional sessions, allowing members to gradually build longer endurance workouts as their fitness improves.
Expect:
• Steady-state rowing
• Heart rate zone education
• Aerobic endurance development
• Improved recovery and cardiovascular efficiency
• A scalable approach for all fitness levels
The stronger your aerobic foundation becomes, the stronger every other workout can be.
