Quick HIIT

Quick HIIT is for those mornings when you need to maximize your time. This series of high-intensity total body workouts combine intermittent bursts of vigorous activity mixed with periods of rest to maximize the cardiovascular system.

Move it! are three 10-minute classes structured to be taken back to back or on their own to give you that extra little kick you need to jump-start your morning! This is the perfect balance between core work, strength training, and stretching.

For the yogi who thrives on moving fast and loves a challenge this eight-week series is for you! Nikita will lead you through a faster-paced vinyasa yoga practice linking breath with movement while building strength, cardio, flexibility, and balance.
