HOW DO I GET THE ECHELON™ FIT APP?

Go to either the App Store or Google Play and type in "Echelon Fit" and look our logo on a black background.

WHAT WORKOUTS ARE AVAILABLE WITH THE FREE TRIAL?

The 14 day free trial is included with the FLEX and CONNECT plans when you sign up for the subscription. This includes all Live Rides, On Demand, and Scenic Rides. You will receive 6 Free On Demand Rides, 6 Free Scenic Rides, and 2 Matt Titus FitNation Rides

WHAT IS THE COST OF THE APP?

The App is free to download. Depending on where you purchased your bike, you may receive additional promotional classes. We also have subscriptions you can purchase in the app to unlock unlimited Live and On Demand Rides.

WHAT ARE THE DIFFERENCES IN SUBSCRIPTIONS?
Currently we offer (subject to change):
  • FLEX RIDES @ $19.99 per Month = this includes Live and On Demand Rides on the FLEX Bike.
  • FLEX + EXTRA MILE @ $24.99 per Month = this includes all FLEX RIDES + access to THE EXTRA MILE (yoga, stretching, Pilates, meditation, and more.)
  • EXTRA MILE @ $12.99 per Month = Access to all Extra Mile classes (yoga, stretching, Pilates, meditation, and more.)
HOW DO I CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION?
Cancelling through the App Store:
  1. Go to Settings > [your name] > iTunes & App Store.
  2. Tap your Apple ID at the top of the screen.
  3. Tap View Apple ID. You might need to authenticate your Apple ID.
  4. Tap Subscriptions.
  5. Tap the subscription that you want to manage. If you're being charged for a subscription, but you don't see it in your list of subscriptions, it might be billed through someone other than Apple. Learn what to do if you still can’t view your subscription.
  6. Use the options to manage your subscription. You can choose a different subscription offering, or tap Cancel Subscription to cancel your subscription. If you cancel, your subscription will stop at the end of the current billing cycle.
Cancelling through the Google Play Store:

Important: Uninstalling an app will not automatically stop your subscription. You must cancel your subscription to end your subscription. If you uninstall the app without canceling your subscription, you will still be charged. If an app you've purchased a subscription for is removed from Google Play, your future subscription will be automatically canceled but past subscriptions will not be refunded.

  1. Open the Google Play Store .
  2. Tap Menu > Account > Subscriptions.
  3. Find the subscription you want to cancel.
  4. Tap Cancel
WHY CAN’T I LOGIN?
Start by checking to see if your ID and Password have been entered correctly. You may need to click Forgot Password and reset it. Make sure you have restarted your App as well. Please check for available updates. If you are still having issues, please contact us for additional support.
I’VE SUBSCRIBED, BUT AM HAVING TROUBLE ACCESSING THE CONTENT NOW. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
Please log out of your app and back in, you will be should be good to go. You can logout by going to the profile page, click the edit icon (pencil), scroll to the bottom and logout. Make sure your app is updated to the latest version. If that doesn’t work, delete your app and reinstall it. If you are still having trouble after these steps, contact us at cs@echelonfit.com
HOW DO I KNOW WHEN UPDATES ARE AVAILABLE?
You can either set your preferences to alert you when updates become available, check your App store.
CAN I USE THE APP ON A SMART TV OR COMPUTER?
We are currently working on a web version of Echelon™ Fit. In the meantime there is a 3rd party adapter you can buy to play the rides on your tv. Here is the link to one (click here).
CAN I USE THE SAME ACCOUNT ON DIFFERENT DEVICES?
Yes, just use your same login and password on any device.
CAN I USE MULTIPLE ACCOUNTS ON THE SAME DEVICE?
Yes, when you open the app choose the account you want to login to.
