Think of different workouts like dating, you have to throw back a lot of frogs until you find the workout and/or instructor that is a match. So be willing to try a lot at first! By making exercise an enjoyable part of your routine, you'll be more likely to stick with it long-term and reap the countless benefits for your body and mind. 

Now, let's dive into the world of food. Healthy eating doesn't have to be bland – in fact, it's quite the opposite! Get creative in the kitchen and experiment with colorful fruits and veggies, lean proteins, and whole grains. Don't be afraid to spice things up with herbs and spices to add flavor without excess calories. And when it comes to indulging in your favorite treats, remember that moderation is key. Treat yourself occasionally and savor every bite guilt-free – after all, life is too short to deprive yourself of the foods you love. Especially if you are knocking out 3-4 workouts a day you deserve it!
