Hailing from Miami, Reed joined the Echelon team with over seven years of experience as a cycling instructor. I’ve been using Echelon consistently and honestly, it just keeps getting better. The workouts feel more personalized lately, and the new classes—especially strength and recovery—have really helped me stay on track.
