Your new fitness schedule starts Monday, April 6th in the EchelonFit® App, with five powerful new programs designed to build strength, consistency, and momentum this spring. Whether you have 20 minutes between meetings or 45 minutes to go all in, this season's lineup fits your life. These programs meet you where you are and push you further than you thought possible.

What's New in the Spring Fitness Schedule

Five programs launch Monday, April 6th 2026, spanning strength, yoga, Pilates, barre, and kettlebell training. Every program is structured as a 12-week progression. You're not just working out, you're building toward something. Here's everything coming to the app.

Introducing Our New FitPass Programs.

Inferno 45 with Michael and Joey

If you're ready to stop maintaining and start leveling up, Inferno 45 was built for you. This full-body strength program is structured around progressive overload, heavy technical lifts, and athletic conditioning, so every session has a purpose. Choose morning, evening, or both; either way, you'll feel the difference within weeks.

Each week features two high-intensity sessions designed around strength blocks, volume phases, and intensity waves—so you see real progress while maintaining solid form.

Flow and Restore Yoga with Ryn & Sam

Level: Intermediate
Program Length: 12 Weeks
Start Date: April 6th -June 28th
Class Length: 30 Minutes

Instructor Lineup

  • Thursdays @ 7:00 AM — Yoga 30 Restorative (Ryn)
  • Fridays @ 9:15 AM — Yoga 30 Vinyasa (Sam)

This 12-week program uses intentional contrast training to build strength and restore balance. It is ideal for professionals managing high-output weeks. One Vinyasa session builds power and stamina; one restorative session repairs and resets. The result is a nervous system that can perform under pressure and recover with intention.

Expect: continuous sequencing, arm balance preparation, deeper restorative holds, and increased breath control under fatigue.

Each week includes:
• One strength-forward Vinyasa flow
• One restorative mobility-based session

This is not a beginner breakdown. Participants should be comfortable with Sun Salutations, planks, lunges, and foundational balance work.

Expect:
• Continuous sequencing
• Longer flow intervals
• Stronger transitions
• Arm balance preparation
• Deeper restorative holds
• Increased breath control under fatigue

Strength in Motion - Pilates with Jaime and Marc

Level: Advanced Beginner → Intermediate
Program Length: 12 Weeks

Equipment: Light weights, Pilates ring, small ball, mini band

Strength in Motion – Pilates is a 12-week progressive Pilates program designed to bridge Advanced Beginner to Intermediate movement.

This cycle focuses on:

  • Progressive overload through tempo + time under tension

  • Advanced core sequencing

  • Layered prop integration

  • Fluid transitions + endurance

  • Strength-forward Pilates with athletic intention

Phase 1 builds strength, control, and longer working sets.
Phase 2 challenges coordination, endurance, and advanced flow patterns.

This 12-week intermediate kettlebell series is designed for members who already understand foundational kettlebell mechanics and are ready to build strength with more intensity, complexity, and conditioning.

This is not a beginner breakdown series. We assume you know how to hinge, squat, and swing.

Q: When does the new spring fitness schedule start? All new Spring 2026 programs launch Monday, April 6th (Kettlebell begins April 7th) inside the EchelonFit® App. Simply open the app, browse FitPass or Connect programs, and join the ones that match your goals.

Q: I'm new to some of these formats — which program should I start with? Strength in Motion Pilates and Barre Burn are both designed for Advanced Beginners progressing to Intermediate, making them great entry points. Flow & Restore Yoga also works well if you have some foundational movement experience. If you're unsure, start with the shortest format and build from there.

Q: Can I join more than one program at a time? Absolutely, many members do. A popular pairing for professionals is a strength-based program (Inferno 45 or Kettlebell) alongside a recovery-focused one (Flow & Restore Yoga). Just listen to your body and allow adequate rest between high-intensity sessions.

Q: What if I miss a live class in the fitness schedule? All classes are available on-demand in the EchelonFit® App after they air live, so you never fall behind. Watch on your own schedule, pause when you need to, and pick back up without losing your place in the program.
