Member Spotlight: Barb Swan

Meet Barb Swan — better known as “Frisbee Dog Mom” on the Echelon leaderboard. Barb began her fitness journey when her husband gifted her an Echelon Connect Bike during the Covid lockdowns. With her local gym closed, the bike became her go-to outlet, helping her stay active, motivated, and connected to the Echelon community.

Fast-forward to today, and Barb is stronger than ever. She now runs a non-profit food-insecurity program, and her Echelon training helps her power through the physical demands of lifting and moving heavy cases of food. Her story is a reminder that staying fit isn’t just about workouts — it’s about showing up for the people and communities that count on us.
