From starting her fitness journey during the pandemic to making an extraordinary recovery after breaking her ankle at 51, Jennifer is living proof that consistency—and the right support—makes all the difference.

Q: Who is your favorite instructor?
A: Jama Oliver
Q: How did you get started with Echelon?
A: I heard a commercial on satellite radio and thought adding the bike during Covid was a great idea.
Q: What is your favorite part about the Echelon Community?
A: Being able to add workouts in to my telework days.

Q: How has Echelon impacted your life?
A: I have lost weight put more importantly I've managed to recover from a broken ankle at 51. My physical therapist said I impressed him by recovering better than some of his patients who were half my age. He attributed it to my workout routine.

Q: What keeps you motivated?
A: Being able to see my growth. I'm lifting heavier than, plank longer and am even able to do one Bulgarian split squats and one legged dead lifts on my bad ankle.
Q: What tips do you want to share with other members to achieve their fitness goals?
A: Keep coming back when you first start and before you know it you will be looking forward to your workouts. I like to plan mine out at the beginning of the week and add them to the calendar on my phone.
Q: What makes Echelon different than our competitors?
A: The instructors are super motivating and feel like friends.
