Member Spotlight: Katrina Peterson

Katrina Peterson, known as “GhostGal” on the Echelon leaderboard, kickstarted her fitness journey when her sister gifted her an Echelon bike. That single gift became the catalyst for Katrina’s commitment to weight loss, renewed confidence, and long-term wellness.

Like many members beginning their fitness journey, Katrina started with low-impact cycling classes to build strength and endurance at her own pace. Over time, her dedication helped her expand into a wider variety of Echelon classes, empowering her to feel stronger, more confident, and more capable in her everyday life.

Today, Katrina celebrates the progress she’s earned, progress that allows her to enjoy more activities with her children and embrace a healthier, more active lifestyle. Her story is a powerful reminder that with the right support, community, and equipment, every Echelon member can achieve meaningful transformation, one ride, one class, one step at a time.

A: Sam Jackson and Michael Browne.


Q: How did you get started with Echelon?

A: My sister gave me the bike to kick start my weight loss journey.


Q: What is your favorite part about the Echelon Community?

A: How I am motivated by the instructors.


Q: How has Echelon impacted your life?

A: I look forward to showing up, I found I am able to do more with my kids.


Q: What keeps you motivated?

A: Seeing my progress. When I started I couldn’t even do low impact, and now I can see myself finishing classes.


Q: What tips do you want to share with other members to achieve their fitness goals?

A: Show up. Show up sad, show up when you don’t feel like it, show up happy, but show up!!
