The world of fitness can seem intimidating in the sea of sculpted abs and chiseled arms, but Echelon Brand Ambassador Meg Boggs doesn’t let the preconceived notions of what health looks like stop her from chasing her love of fitness.
To honor World Transplant Day, we want to share the story of one of our members. Melissa S. is a leaderboard leader and proud owner of an EX-3 Connect Bike, but her love of cycling would not be possible without her two organ donors. Here is Melissa’s story in her own words.
I’ve been using Echelon consistently and honestly, it just keeps getting better. The workouts feel more personalized lately, and the new classes—especially strength and recovery—have really helped me stay on track. I also like how everything connects seamlessly, so I can track progress without overthinking it. It doesn’t feel repetitive, which is huge for me, and I’m staying more consistent than I have with any other program. Definitely feels like the platform is evolving in a good way.
Echelon has made it easy to stay consistent. The workouts feel more personalized, and the variety keeps things from getting repetitive. I’m seeing real progress, and everything just fits seamlessly into my routine.
