Headshot of Lindsay Gurry

Lindsay has three passions in life: Disney, which she calls her second home; Starbucks, which she drinks hot 365 days a year; and fitness, which started with early-morning group classes quickly became a career path. She’s all about high energy and tough love in her classes — especially tough if the Patriots lose.

How Angela Got Her Echelon Connect Bike

Early birds rejoice: Janet is the instructor for you! She has traveled around since childhood, and lived in both Hawaii and Illinois before finding her way to Tennessee. Janet doesn’t find it easy to sit still, and you won’t either in her early-morning cycling classes.

I’ve been using Echelon consistently and honestly, it just keeps getting better. The workouts feel more personalized lately, and the new classes—especially strength and recovery—have really helped me stay on track. I also like how everything connects seamlessly, so I can track progress without overthinking it. It doesn’t feel repetitive, which is huge for me, and I’m staying more consistent than I have with any other program. Definitely feels like the platform is evolving in a good way.
