ECHELON FITNESS MULTIMEDIA LLC CONTEST - OFFICIAL RULES 


VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW. 


PROMOTION DESCRIPTION: Echelon Fitness is giving away a variety of prizes to randomly selected members that participate in select activities during Member Appreciation Week, which runs from November 17, 2025 at 6:00 AM Eastern Time and ends on November 23, 2025 at 11:59 PM Eastern Time (“Promotion Period”). 

The sponsor of this Contest is Echelon Fitness Multimedia LLC (“Echelon” or "Sponsor"). By participating in the Contest, each Entrant unconditionally accepts and agrees to comply with and abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which shall be final and binding in all respects. Sponsor is responsible for the collection, submission or processing of Entries and the overall administration of the Contest. Entrants should look solely to Sponsor with any questions, comments or problems related to the Contest. 


ELIGIBILITY: The Contest is open to all residents of the United States (including D.C.). Entrants may also participate and be eligible to win prizes by following the Alternate Method of Entry (“AMOE”) instructions set forth below. You must be eighteen (18) years old or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, board members and owners of Echelon Fitness Multimedia LLC, as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings and children) and household members of each such employees, are not eligible. By entering, you agree that you have read and consent to be bound by these Official Rules, and Echelon’s privacy policy, available at echelonfit.com/privacy-policy. Eligibility is conditioned on the acceptance of these Official Rules at time of submission. The Contest is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited.


PRIZE: 

  • ONE (1) eligible winner will receive ONE (1) $100 USD store credit for EchelonFit.com. Voucher is NOT redeemable for cash or at retailers. Shipping costs are NOT included in the voucher and must be paid separately. 

  • Only one (1)  prize per person and per household will be awarded. Prizes cannot be transferred, redeemed for cash or substituted by the winner. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole and absolute discretion to award a substitute prize of equal or greater value if a prize described in these Official Rules is unavailable or cannot be awarded, in whole or in part, for any reason. The ARV of the prize represents Sponsor's good faith determination. That determination is final and binding and cannot be appealed. If the actual value of the prize turns out to be less than the stated ARV, the difference will not be awarded in cash. Sponsor makes no representation or warranty concerning the appearance, safety or performance of any prize awarded. Restrictions, conditions, and limitations may apply. Sponsor will not replace any lost or stolen prize items. 


All federal, state and/or local taxes, fees, and surcharges are the sole responsibility of the prize winner. This Contest includes a specified amount of voucher only.  Echelon is not responsible for any other costs associated with the purchase including but not limited to taxes, shipping rates, and non-equipment items. Failure to comply with the Official Rules will result in forfeiture of the prize. 


HOW TO ENTER: During the Promotion Period, eligible Echelon Members may enter the Contest by submitting user-generated content (“UGC”), including but not limited to photos, short videos, or written testimonials, that reflect their personal experience with Echelon. Entries may be submitted in one of the following ways: (i) by completing the official Typeform entry form and providing a valid email address, or (ii) by posting the UGC in the official Echelon Members Facebook Group using the hashtag #MyEchelonGym. All entries must be received during the Promotion Period to be eligible for the Contest. By submitting an entry, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

  • Each Entrant is entitled to ONE (1) entry per prize. Multiple entries with the same username or email will only be counted as ONE (1) submission. Automated or robotic Entries submitted by individuals or organizations will be disqualified. Any attempt by Entrant to obtain more than the stated number of Entries by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, registrations, logins, or any other methods, including, but not limited to, commercial contest/Contest subscription notification and/or entering services, will void Entrant's Entries and that Entrant may be disqualified. Final eligibility for the award of any prize is subject to eligibility verification as set forth below. All Entries must be posted by the end of the Promotion Period in order to participate. Sponsor's database clock will be the official timekeeper for this Contest. 


AMOE: NOTWITHSTANDING ANY PROVISION OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES TO THE CONTRARY, ENTRANTS MAY BE ENTERED, AT NO CHARGE TO THE ENTRANT, TO WIN THE PRIZES REFERRED TO HEREIN BY SUBMITTING THEIR NAME AND EMAIL ADDRESS TO ECHELON ONLINE HERE DURING THE PROMOTIONAL PERIOD. NO PREFERENCE SHALL BE GIVEN BY ECHELON TO AMOE ENTRANTS AND NEITHER THE PURCHASE OF AN ECHELON FITNESS BIKE NOR SUBSCRIBING TO OR DOWNLOADING THE ECHELON FITNESS® APP WILL IMPROVE ANY ENTRANT’S CHANCES OF WINNING.


WINNER SELECTION: The Winner of the Contest will be selected from a random drawing of eligible participants, based on the final participation of Member Appreciation Week activities and AMOE entrants. ONE (1) winner will be selected. If there are no participants or less participants in any listed activity than there are prizes, less or no winner will be chosen for those activities.


WINNER NOTIFICATION: Winner will be notified either via email or social direct message, depending on the activity in which the winner participates. For clarity, if a winner is chosen because of participation within one of our social channels, that winner will be contacted through the social channel they participated and won. Otherwise, the member will be contacted via email through the email address we have listed on their membership or AMOE form. All winners will be notified by December 1, 2025.  Potential Winner must accept a prize by replying to our email or social media direct message as directed by Sponsor within 5 BUSINESS DAYS of notification. Sponsor is not responsible for any delay or failure to receive notification for any reason, including inactive email account(s), technical difficulties associated therewith, or Winner’s failure to adequately monitor any email or social media account. 

Any winner notification not responded to or returned as undeliverable may result in prize forfeiture. The potential prize winner may be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility and release of liability, and a Publicity Release (collectively \"the Prize Claim Documents\"). No substitution or transfer of a prize is permitted except by Sponsor. 


GRANT OF RIGHTS: By submitting UGC as part of the Contest, each participant hereby grants Echelon Fitness, its affiliates, subsidiaries, licensees, and assigns a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, fully transferable, sublicensable right and license to use, reproduce, distribute, display, publicly perform, create derivative works of, and otherwise exploit the submitted content, in whole or in part, in any media now known or hereafter developed, including but not limited to Echelon’s website, social media channels, email marketing, advertising, promotional materials, and other marketing initiatives, without further notice, consent, or compensation to the participant. Participants represent and warrant that they own all rights in the submitted content or have obtained all necessary permissions to grant this license and that the use of the content as described will not violate the rights of any third party.


PRIVACY: Any personal information supplied by you other than your name and approved likeness will be subject to the privacy policy of the Sponsor posted on https://echelonfit.com website. By entering the Contest, you grant Sponsor permission to message you regarding Echelon Fitness, related news, and products. You may opt out at any time. Sponsor and its designees have the right, unless prohibited under law, to use your name without compensation, notification or approval, for the purpose of advertising and publicizing the Contest and Contest winners, in any manner or medium, now or hereafter known, worldwide for two (2) years and without an additional compensation.


LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: Sponsor assumes no responsibility or liability for (a) any incorrect or inaccurate entry information, or for any faulty or failed electronic data transmissions; (b) any unauthorized access to, or theft, destruction or alteration of entries at any point in the operation of this Contest; (c) any technical malfunction, failure, error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or communications line failure, regardless of cause, with regard to any equipment, systems, networks, lines, satellites, servers, camera, computers or providers utilized in any aspect of the operation of the Contest; (d) inaccessibility or unavailability of any network or wireless service, the Internet or website or any combination thereof; (e) suspended or discontinued Internet, wireless or landline phone service; or (f) any injury or damage to participant's or to any other person’s computer or mobile device which may be related to or resulting from any attempt to participate in the Contest or download of any materials in the Contest. 


If for any reason, the Contest is not capable of running as planned for reasons which may include without limitation, infection by computer virus, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes which may corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Contest, the Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Contest in whole or in part. In such an event, Sponsor shall immediately suspend all drawings and prize awards, and Sponsor reserves the right to award any remaining prizes (up to the total ARV as set forth in these Official Rules) in a manner deemed fair and equitable by Sponsor. Sponsor and Released Parties shall not have any further liability to any participant in connection with the Contest. 


THE SPONSOR ITS AFFILIATES AND DIVISIONS, DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, ATTORNEYS, REPRESENTATIVES, CONTRACTORS AND AGENTS (COLLECTIVELY “THE DISCLAIMER ENTITLES”) MAKE NO WARRANTIES, AND HEREBY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, CONCERNING THE CONTEST AND ANY PRIZE FURNISHED OR AWARDED IN CONNECTION WITH THE CONTEST, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE SPONSOR’S ABILITY TO AWARD A PRIZE DUE TO ITS BANKRUPTCY, INSOLVENCY OR FAILURE TO CONTINUE ITS BUSINESS. BY ACCEPTING A PRIZE, THE WINNER AGREES NOT TO SUE OR BRING ANY LAWSUIT OR MAKE ANY CLAIM UNDER ANY THEORY WHATSOEVER AGAINST THE DISCLAIMER ENTITIES ARISING FROM OR IN CONNECTION WITH ACCEPTANCE, POSSESSION, USE OR MISUSE OF THE PRIZE, PARTICIPATION IN THE SWEEPSTAKES, THE WINNER’S SUBMISSION OR ANY SWEEPSTAKES-RELATED ACTIVITY. IN ADDITION, THE WINNER AGREES TO WAIVE, RELEASE, FOREVER DISCHARGE, INDEMNIFY AND HOLD HARMLESS THE DISCLAIMER ENTITIES FROM AND AGAINST ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, DEMANDS, LOSSES, CAUSES OF ACTION AND LIABILITY OF ANY NATURE WHATSOEVER, FOR ANY MATTER, CAUSE OR THING, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY LOSS, INJURY OR DAMAGE OF ANY KIND TO PERSONS, INCLUDING DEATH, OR PROPERTY, OR OTHER HARM OR LOSS OF ANY NATURE WHATSOEVER, WHETHER DIRECT, COMPENSATORY, EXEMPLARY, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL, CAUSED OR CONTRIBUTED IN WHOLE OR IN PART, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, WHILE PREPARING FOR OR PARTICIPATING IN OR OTHERWISE ARISING FROM OR IN CONNECTION WITH ACCEPTANCE, POSSESSION, PARTICIPATING IN OR OTHERWISE ARISING FROM OR IN CONNECTION WITH ACCEPTANCE, POSSESSION, USE OR MISUSE OF THE PRIZE, PARTICIPATION IN THE CONTEST, THE WINNER’S SUBMISSION OR ANY SWEEPSTAKES-RELATED ACTIVITY.


IN NO EVENT WILL THE DISCLAIMER ENTITIES BE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OR LOSSES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF ENTRANT’S PARTICIPATION IN THE CONTEST, ENTRANT’S SUBMISSION ANY PRIZE WON, ENTRANT’S APPLICATIONS OR SERVICES, OR THE ACCESSING, DOWNLOADING AND/OR PRINTING OF ANY MATERIAL AVAILABLE ON SAID SITES, APPLICATIONS AND SERVICES, WITHOUT PRINTING OF ANY MATERIAL AVAILABLE ON SAID SITES, APPLICATIONS AND SERVICES. WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, EVERYTHING ON SPONSOR’S WEBSITES IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. SOME JURISDICTIONS MAY NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR EXCLUSIONS OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES SO SOME OF THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY.

The Contest is void outside the Territory and where prohibited by law. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. This Contest will be governed by the internal laws of the State of Tennessee. Any and all legal actions or claims arising in connection with this Contest must be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction within the state and/or federal courts of Tennessee. All content you share with Sponsor will be stored on servers located in Europe and subject to the Echelon Privacy Policy and these Rules. If you do not want your personal information stored on servers in the continental United States, or used in connection with the Contest Rules, please do not share it with us and do not enter this Contest.
