ECHELON FITNESS MULTIMEDIA LLC CONTEST - OFFICIAL RULES

PROMOTION DESCRIPTION: Echelon Fitness is giving away a variety of prizes to randomly selected members that participate in select activities during Member Appreciation Week, which runs from November 17, 2025 at 6:00 AM Eastern Time and ends on November 23, 2025 at 11:59 PM Eastern Time (“Promotion Period”).

The sponsor of this Giveaway is Echelon Fitness Multimedia LLC (“Echelon” or "Sponsor"). By participating in the Giveaway, each Entrant unconditionally accepts and agrees to comply with and abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which shall be final and binding in all respects. Sponsor is responsible for the collection, submission or processing of Entries and the overall administration of the Giveaway. Entrants should look solely to Sponsor with any questions, comments or problems related to the Giveaway.

ELIGIBILITY: The Giveaway is open to all U.S. residents (including D.C.), excluding Puerto Rico and U.S. territories. Entrants may also participate and be eligible to win prizes by following the Alternate Method of Entry (“AMOE”) instructions set forth below. You must be eighteen (18) years old or older at the time of entry. Employees, instructors, brand ambassadors, affiliates, officers, directors, board members and owners of Echelon Fitness Multimedia LLC, as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings and children) and household members of each such employees, are not eligible. By entering, you agree that you have read and consent to be bound by these Official Rules, and Echelon’s privacy policy, available at echelonfit.com/privacy-policy. Eligibility is conditioned on the acceptance of these Official Rules at time of submission. The Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited.

FIVE (5) eligible winners will receive ONE (1) $50 USD store credit for EchelonFit.com. Voucher is NOT redeemable for cash or at retailers. Shipping costs are NOT included in the voucher and must be paid separately. Total Approximate Retail Value: $50 USD.

FIVE (5) eligible winners will each receive ONE (1) guaranteed entry to the runDisney® Virtual 12Ks of Christmas Challenge. Entries will be awarded from Echelon’s pre-reserved allotment of event entries secured under its existing agreement with runDisney. This prize is being provided by Echelon Fitness Multimedia, LLC and is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by runDisney or The Walt Disney Company. Voucher is NOT redeemable for cash, store credit or at other retailers. Total Approximate Retail Value: $267 USD
TEN (10) eligible winners will win a free first personal training session with a coach from Echelon Coach. Voucher is NOT redeemable for cash, store credit or at other retailers. This prize is open during the duration of Member Appreciation Week and has no dedicated class. Total Approximate Retail Value: $180 USD
Only one (1) prize per person and per household will be awarded. Prizes cannot be transferred, redeemed for cash or substituted by the winner. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole and absolute discretion to award a substitute prize of equal or greater value if a prize described in these Official Rules is unavailable or cannot be awarded, in whole or in part, for any reason. The ARV of the prize represents Sponsor's good faith determination. That determination is final and binding and cannot be appealed. If the actual value of the prize turns out to be less than the stated ARV, the difference will not be awarded in cash. Sponsor makes no representation or warranty concerning the appearance, safety or performance of any prize awarded. Restrictions, conditions, and limitations may apply. Sponsor will not replace any lost or stolen prize items.
Total Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of all prizes combined is approximately $ 2,956.98 USD

All federal, state and/or local taxes, fees, and surcharges are the sole responsibility of the prize winner. This Giveaway includes a specified amount of voucher only. Echelon is not responsible for any other costs associated with the purchase including but not limited to taxes, shipping rates, and non-equipment items. Failure to comply with the Official Rules will result in forfeiture of the prize.

HOW TO ENTER: To enter the Sweepstakes during the Promotion Period, eligible members must complete one (1) Member Appreciation Week themed class on the corresponding prize date. Winners will be automatically entered to win by participating in that class and will be chosen at random. Members have until 11:59 p.m. ET on 11/23 to complete the class, either Live or On Demand.

Each Entrant is entitled to ONE (1) entry per prize. Multiple entries with the same username or email will only be counted as ONE (1) submission. Automated or robotic Entries submitted by individuals or organizations will be disqualified. Any attempt by Entrant to obtain more than the stated number of Entries by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, registrations, logins, or any other methods, including, but not limited to, commercial giveaway/Giveaway subscription notification and/or entering services, will void Entrant's Entries and that Entrant may be disqualified. Final eligibility for the award of any prize is subject to eligibility verification as set forth below. All Entries must be posted by the end of the Promotion Period in order to participate. Sponsor's database clock will be the official timekeeper for this Giveaway.

AMOE: NOTWITHSTANDING ANY PROVISION OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES TO THE CONTRARY, ENTRANTS MAY BE ENTERED, AT NO CHARGE TO THE ENTRANT, TO WIN THE PRIZES REFERRED TO HEREIN BY SUBMITTING THEIR NAME AND EMAIL ADDRESS TO ECHELON ONLINE AT https://echelonfit.typeform.com/to/nVgQIDEY BY 11:59 p.m. ET ON NOVEMBER 23, 2025. NO PREFERENCE SHALL BE GIVEN BY ECHELON TO AMOE ENTRANTS AND NEITHER THE PURCHASE OF AN ECHELON FITNESS BIKE NOR SUBSCRIBING TO OR DOWNLOADING THE ECHELON FITNESS® APP WILL IMPROVE ANY ENTRANT’S CHANCES OF WINNING.

WINNER SELECTION: The Winner of the Giveaway will be selected from a random drawing of eligible participants, based on the final participation of Member Appreciation Week activities and AMOE entrants. SIXTY (60) total winners will be selected. If there are no participants or less participants in any listed activity than there are prizes, less or no winner will be chosen for those activities. Random drawing will be conducted on or about November 25, 2025. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

WINNER NOTIFICATION: Winner will be notified either via email or social direct message, depending on the activity in which the winner participates. For clarity, if a winner is chosen because of participation within one of our social channels, that winner will be contacted through the social channel they participated and won. Otherwise, the member will be contacted via email through the email address we have listed on their membership or AMOE form. All winners will be notified by December 1, 2025. Potential winners must complete and return Prize Claim Documents within seven (7) days of receipt. Sponsor is not responsible for any delay or failure to receive notification for any reason, including inactive email account(s), technical difficulties associated therewith, or Winner’s failure to adequately monitor any email or social media account.

Any winner notification not responded to or returned as undeliverable may result in prize forfeiture. The potential prize winner may be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility and release of liability, and a Publicity Release (collectively \"the Prize Claim Documents\"). No substitution or transfer of a prize is permitted except by Sponsor.

PRIVACY: Any personal information supplied by you other than your name and approved likeness will be subject to the privacy policy of the Sponsor posted on https://echelonfit.com website. All personal information will be stored on servers located in the United States. By entering the Giveaway, you grant Sponsor permission to message you regarding Echelon Fitness, related news, and products. You may opt out at any time. Sponsor and its designees have the right, unless prohibited under law, to use your name without compensation, notification or approval, for the purpose of advertising and publicizing the Giveaway and Giveaway winners, in any manner or medium, now or hereafter known, worldwide for two (2) years and without an additional compensation.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: Sponsor assumes no responsibility or liability for (a) any incorrect or inaccurate entry information, or for any faulty or failed electronic data transmissions; (b) any unauthorized access to, or theft, destruction or alteration of entries at any point in the operation of this Giveaway; (c) any technical malfunction, failure, error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or communications line failure, regardless of cause, with regard to any equipment, systems, networks, lines, satellites, servers, camera, computers or providers utilized in any aspect of the operation of the Giveaway; (d) inaccessibility or unavailability of any network or wireless service, the Internet or website or any combination thereof; (e) suspended or discontinued Internet, wireless or landline phone service; or (f) any injury or damage to participant's or to any other person’s computer or mobile device which may be related to or resulting from any attempt to participate in the Giveaway or download of any materials in the Giveaway.

If for any reason, the Giveaway is not capable of running as planned for reasons which may include without limitation, infection by computer virus, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes which may corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Giveaway, the Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Giveaway in whole or in part. In such an event, Sponsor shall immediately suspend all drawings and prize awards, and Sponsor reserves the right to award any remaining prizes (up to the total ARV as set forth in these Official Rules) in a manner deemed fair and equitable by Sponsor. Sponsor and Released Parties shall not have any further liability to any participant in connection with the Giveaway. Except where prohibited, disputes shall be resolved individually without resort to class action. This Sweepstakes will be governed by the laws of Tennessee, and any disputes must be brought in Tennessee courts.
