Always chasing the next challenge, Joey has his sights set high. His fitness bucket list includes completing his first Half Ironman in 2026 and eventually conquering all nine major global marathons—a testament to his commitment to lifelong growth and performance!

His qualifications include NASM Master trainer (CES, PES, MMA, Nutrition, Group, and Virtual). This wide-ranging expertise allows Joey to coach athletes of all levels, from beginners building confidence to seasoned competitors pushing their limits.

Why Joey Chose a Career in Fitness

Joey’s motivation goes beyond physical results. As he puts it:

“I wanted to find a way I can reach as many people as possible in a positive way, and I needed something that challenges and teaches me constantly also."

That mindset fuels everything Joey does. His coaching style is equal parts knowledgeable, motivating, and approachable—focused on helping people move better, feel stronger, and believe in what they’re capable of achieving.
