Meet Sofia
Sofia has been an athlete her entire life, with a love for movement that started early on the soccer field at just six years old. That passion evolved into endurance sports, and today she’s a dedicated marathon runner and group fitness instructor with over five years of coaching experience.
While Sofia thrives on endurance days, she’s especially known for bringing the energy on power-focused treadmill workouts, where strength, speed, and confidence come together. Her classes are challenging, motivating, and designed to help members push past limits—both mentally and physically.
Education & Certifications
Sofia holds a Bachelor’s degree in Natural Science with a minor in Psychology, giving her a well-rounded approach to coaching that blends physical performance with mental resilience. She is also NASM Certified as a:
-
Certified Personal Trainer (CPT)
-
Certified Nutrition Coach (CNC)
This combination allows Sofia to support members holistically, whether they’re chasing endurance goals, building power, or simply looking to feel stronger in their daily lives.
Why Sofia Chose a Career in Fitness
Sofia’s journey into fitness coaching began during college while working at the front desk at Orangetheory Fitness. Watching the coaches in action sparked something powerful.
As Sofia shares:
“I was inspired by the coaches—they were the coolest people ever. I got certified and have been teaching ever since.”
That inspiration continues to fuel her coaching style today. Sofia brings passion, relatability, and high-energy motivation to every class, helping members feel confident, capable, and excited to show up.
