Amber believes movement is medicine. Movement in its simplest form she believes can heal physically, mentally, and emotionally. She also loves matching movement to a beat to make it fun! After graduating with her B.S. in Exercise Science and minor in Applied Dance, she knew she wanted to bring the same fun to others!

Gautier likes fitness to be executed with as much precision as possible, while still listening to his body. Yoga perfectly fits this requirement and creates a state of serenity and wellbeing. Gautier trained as a yoga instructor in both France and India and takes great pleasure in sharing his knowledge with others.

Before teaching on the bike, Reed traveled the world as a model, which allowed him to live in four different countries in just one year. He brings his cadence-based style to the bike with excitement to match.

Get to Know… Nikita Parlevliet
When Nikita discovered how the practice of yoga can change your mental attitudes and enrich your life in all aspects, Nikita knew she wanted to be a yoga instructor. She holds an RYT200 Yoga Alliance certification, a Master's of Naturopathic Psychology, and is currently studying for her Ph.D. in Naturopathic Medicine. She leads Athletic Vinyasa Yoga, Vinyasa Yoga, and Stretch classes. Join her for her calming presence and fierce teachings.
