Working out regularly and getting into a healthy routine can be challenging to begin with, and for some people, going on holiday can cause a setback in achieving their fitness goals. If you are the type of person that prefers to completely relax on holiday and would rather get back into your exercise routine once you have returned home, this is completely fine.
I’ve been using Echelon consistently and honestly, it just keeps getting better. The workouts feel more personalized lately, and the new classes—especially strength and recovery—have really helped me stay on track. Echelon has made it easy to stay consistent. The workouts feel more personalized, and the variety keeps things from getting repetitive. I’m seeing real progress, and everything just fits seamlessly into my routine.
